Captain Cook is a kick-ass, cheap, local fast-food restaurant. There are some next seats to be sat on, but they are kinda waste. The donnor kebabs taste like my underwear after P.E; and so does the pizzas. Everything else is worth the £2 you have to pay, though. Enjoy eating GorseHillians.
I went for a kofta kebab with chilli sauce, tomatoes, ice berg lettuce, cucumber and extra onions with naan bread.
Their chilli sauce is tasty but not spicy. Their salad tastes like other kebab shops. Their naan bread is perhaps more westernised, than the traditional pita/naan bread, you would find on the curry mile. I like it though. I really like the kofta kebab meat though. The combination of all of them is one of my favourite kebabs and I've ate a lot of them.
This was my usual place food after work wheb I use to live in Stretford. Their food is very good but their Skyscaper meal is the best value, the chicken sandwich is too die for! They make this themselves!!
